How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive 2–4 business days later — 3–6 business days in total. Delivery is free across the UK.
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item, free of charge. A prepaid return label is included in your parcel — attach it, drop the parcel off, done. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window. Contact us and we will arrange it.
Are your products genuine branded items?
Yes. We sell new, genuine products from the manufacturers named on each product page. The manufacturer's warranty applies in full.
How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours after ordering, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Email contact@yunandsun.store with your order number.
