Welcome to Yu & Sun. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at yunandsun.store and form a binding legal agreement between you and YU AND SUN LIMITED (company number 09001851). By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, then you may not use our website or services.

Orders and Contract Formation

Products displayed on our website are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement email confirms receipt only. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. If a price has been listed incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery

We dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery by Royal Mail typically takes 2–4 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore normally 3–6 business days. We deliver to the United Kingdom. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

We sell brand-new goods in their original packaging only.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return them. We also offer a voluntary 14 days return window. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a 30-day right to reject for a full refund, and thereafter a right to repair or replacement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, YU AND SUN LIMITED and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained on this Website. You are granted a limited licence only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from:

• Publicly performing and/or showing any Website material

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, carrier disruption, industrial action or failure of public networks.

Indemnification

You indemnify YU AND SUN LIMITED against any liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, that provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

Variation of Terms

Yu & Sun may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on yunandsun.store at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Assignment

YU AND SUN LIMITED may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms. You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms without our consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between YU AND SUN LIMITED and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
